Privacy Statement Regarding Customer and Online User Information

The Privacy Statement Regarding Customer and Online User Information applies to PRS Medical Technologies, Inc. (“PRS Medical”).  This privacy statement also does not apply to the websites of our business partners or to any other third parties, even if their websites are linked to our website. 
This privacy statement governs personal information we collect from our customers and online from our website users (“you"), through our products, services, websites, contacts or our relationship with you.  Please refer to your warranty statements and PRS’ Return Policy for products you may return to us.
For the purposes of this privacy statement, "business partners" means any subcontractor, vendor or other entity with whom we have an ongoing business relationship to provide products, services or information.  "Personal information" means information that identifies you, such as your name, telephone number and email address.

California Privacy Rights

Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information with respect to the types of personal information the business shares with third parties for direct marketing purposes by such third party and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.
